Description of main ingredients and their chemical names: Each capsule contains 228mg of polyene phosphatidylcholine (natural polyene phosphatidylcholine, which contains a large number of unsaturated fatty acid groups, mainly linoleic acid (about 70%), linolenic acid and oleic acid).

Polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules can provide high-dose and easily absorbed high-energy polyene phosphatidylcholine, which is consistent with important endogenous phospholipids in chemical structure. They mainly enter hepatocytes, combine with hepatocyte membrane and organelle membrane to form complete molecules, and in addition, they can be secreted into bile.

Pharmacokinetics After oral administration, more than 90% polyene phosphatidylcholine is absorbed in small intestine. Most of them were decomposed into 1- acyl-lysophosphatidylcholine by phospholipase A, and 50% of them were immediately acylated into polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine again in intestinal mucosa. This polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine enters the blood through lymphatic circulation, and is mainly combined with high density lipoprotein in the liver. After oral administration for 6-24 hours, the average plasma concentration of phosphatidylcholine reached 20%.

The half-life of choline is 66 hours and that of unsaturated fatty acids is 32 hours.

With 3H and 14C isotope labeling, the study of human pharmacokinetics found that the excretion rate of oral administration in feces was less than 5%.
