Ingredients: 8 red dates, 30g coix seed, 5g cauliflower and 3 roses.
Exercise:
1) Wash jujube, remove the core and cut into small pieces;
2) Wash the coix seed and cauliflower, and take off the small petals of the rose for later use;
3) Boil red dates, coix seed and cauliflower in hot water, add rose petals and mix well.
2. Mulberry leaf rose tea
Ingredients: mulberry leaf 10g, 3 roses, and proper amount of honey.
Exercise:
1) Wash mulberry leaves and roses for later use;
2) Put mulberry leaves, roses and appropriate amount of water into a teapot and boil for 5 minutes;
3) Pour the tea leaves into the cup and add some honey.
3. Chrysanthemum lotus leaf tea
Material: 5g chrysanthemum, 5g lotus leaf, honeysuckle 10g.
Exercise:
1) Wash chrysanthemum, lotus leaf and honeysuckle for later use;
2) Add chrysanthemum, lotus leaf and honeysuckle to boil, and then turn to low heat 10 minute;
3) Pour the tea leaves into the cup and add some honey.
4.oolong tea
Ingredients: 5g oolong tea, 3 roses, lemon 1 piece.
Exercise:
1) Wash oolong tea, roses and lemons for later use;
2) Put oolong tea leaves and roses into a teapot, boil and cook for 5 minutes;
3) Pour the tea leaves into a cup and add lemon juice.
5. Red dates and wolfberry tea
Materials: 10 jujube, Chinese wolfberry 5g, chrysanthemum 5g.
Exercise:

2) Wash Lycium barbarum and Chrysanthemum for later use;
3) Add red dates, medlar and chrysanthemum to boil, and then turn to low heat 10 minute;
4) Pour the tea leaves into the cup and add some honey.
