Third-class disabled people's physical new deal
The new limb policy for the third-level disabled is specified as follows:

1, for the disabled who enjoy the minimum living allowance, living allowance shall be given according to the standard of 100 yuan per month;

2. Persons who do not enjoy subsistence allowances, are unemployed and have no stable income, as well as mental and intellectual disabled persons with Grade I, II and III disabilities, physical and visual disabled persons with Grade I and II disabilities, shall be given monthly living allowances according to their household registration categories with reference to urban and rural subsistence allowances;

For the mentally disabled and intellectually disabled who are unemployed and have no stable income, the physically disabled and visually disabled with Grade III and IV disabilities, and the speech disabled and hearing disabled with Grade I, II, III and IV disabilities, living allowance shall be given according to the standard of 100 yuan per month.

The classification of tertiary disabilities is based on the following:

1, can't live completely independently and needs constant supervision;

2, all kinds of activities are limited, only indoor activities;

3. Obvious occupational restrictions;

4. Social difficulties.

The standard of disability grade is to judge the level of disability according to the severity of disability, which is divided into one to ten levels of disability. There is no uniform appraisal standard for disability grade standard. Different objects and reasons lead to different disability appraisal standards.

Legal basis:

Seventeenth people's governments at all levels encourage and support social forces to set up rehabilitation institutions for the disabled. Local people's governments at all levels and relevant departments shall organize and guide urban and rural community service organizations, medical prevention and health care institutions, organizations of the disabled, families of the disabled and other social forces to carry out community rehabilitation work. Educational institutions, welfare units and other institutions serving the disabled should create conditions to carry out rehabilitation training activities. Disabled people should work hard to train their functions, self-care ability and labor skills under the guidance of professionals and with the help of relevant staff, volunteers and relatives.
