If the phone crashes during use, turn it off first, and then press and hold the power button to see if it can be turned on. If it cannot be turned on, please bring the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and processing;

If it can be opened, it is suggested that:

2. There are too many background programs running on the mobile phone. It is suggested to pull down the status bar, perform "one-click cleaning" on the mobile phone and close the background programs;

4. Due to system reasons, data can be backed up and factory settings can be restored.
