What is Quelha Yoga?
Cuyaha yoga means "inner action". When people act from the inside, they will not involve the body and mind, because the body and mind are still outside the human body. When a person can control the operation of his own energy, it is Cliya.

What a person does from the outside is called "karma"; What a person does from the heart is called "Quelha". To some extent, both are some kind of karma, or both are some kind of karma. However, traditionally, or in general, people understand it this way: karma is bondage and Quelha is liberation.

Extended data:

Practicing yoga in Quelha includes self-discipline, studying classics and obeying God.

These three components are part of the internal system. Patanjali described Kuiha Yoga as a way to overcome interference sources and enter the realm of enlightenment.

1, self-discipline to the body

Self-discipline means that when our perception points to those external things that are pleasing to the senses, we should control them when necessary. It is said that controlling breathing is the highest self-discipline. Therefore, yoga practitioners are more suitable to choose breathing control as a routine exercise of physical self-discipline.

Silence is also a kind of self-discipline. We should give up unnecessary behaviors and minimize the waste of energy. This makes the inner consciousness contribute to the continuous improvement of the spirit, so as not to be influenced by interference sources, and finally realize continuous inner cognition.

Step 2 study classics

There are three steps in learning classics: reciting or reading; Deep learning; Constantly reflect.

Step 3 surrender to god

In Kriya yoga, submission to God is a form of reverence and worship, aiming at making oneself more humble and enhancing the unity of inner consciousness and divinity.
