What is the fastest way to lose weight besides exercise?
A strong weight loss method of losing 20 pounds a month (I personally tried it 15 as long as it is as thin as 20 pounds). Breakfast is 2 tomatoes+a glass of milk (a small cup), lunch is a bowl of rice (a small bowl)+two cucumbers (preferably cold), and dinner is a bowl of porridge+a small amount of pickles (if you are used to midnight snack, you can eat less watermelon instead). Don't cook a lot for 30 days.
