No time for exercise. It's really all kinds of busy, but in fact, it's enough to burn calories by squeezing the bus after work, and the fat people who are crowded together can understand my feelings.

Monday

Breakfast: two boiled eggs (yolk removed), a cup of skim milk and a fresh fruit (high-sugar fruits such as bananas are best not).

Lunch: two boiled eggs (yolk removed), one fried dish and a small portion of rice.

Dinner: two boiled eggs (yolk removed), a vegetable salad, a piece of whole wheat bread and a cucumber.

Tuesday

Breakfast: a boiled egg (yolk removed), two pieces of whole wheat bread and a cup of sugar-free soybean milk.

Lunch: an omelette, a small portion of rice, and a stir-fried dish.

Dinner: a steamed egg white, a stir-fried dish, a small portion of rice and a tomato.

Wednesday

Lunch: eggs, chicken breast and two kinds of green leafy vegetables. The staple food is corn and rice.

Dinner: two kinds of vegetables and fruits.

Thursday

Breakfast: a bowl of purple rice porridge and two pieces of white toast.

Lunch: spaghetti bolognese.

Dinner: a bowl of boiled noodles and a banana.

Friday

Lunch: shrimp and fried rice.

Dinner: shrimp, pasta, eggs.

PS: What a happy day, very satisfied.

Saturday

Breakfast: a fresh fruit (bananas and other high-sugar fruits are best not) and a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

Chinese food: a fruit salad (don't mix salad dressing, it is better to use low-fat yogurt) and a glass of warm water or lemonade.

Dinner: a fruit salad and a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

Sunday

Breakfast: a plate of fruit, a glass of warm water or lemonade.

Chinese food: a lettuce salad (don't mix salad dressing, it is better to use low-fat yogurt) and a glass of water.

Dinner: boiled vegetables (personal preference) and two fresh fruits (bananas and other high-sugar fruits are best not).
