Chinese cabbage, also called Undaria pinnatifida, is a kind of green seaweed, named after a stalk in the middle and wavy leaves on both sides. Its taste is smooth and tender, rich in nutritional value and extremely low in calories. Play a role in reducing abdomen by relaxing bowels. Through detoxification and diuresis, it plays the role of stovepipe.
Formulation for abdominal absorption and oral administration
Ingredients: 50 grams of sea cabbage, 50 grams of mushrooms, and appropriate amount of water.
Making:
