2. Press your heart. Heart socket refers to the part above Zhongwan point and below the sternum, which is the corresponding area of the stomach on the body surface. Knead with the palm clockwise and counterclockwise for more than 36 times, so that the local area feels warm and comfortable, and has the function of conditioning the middle energizer and smoothing the stomach qi. If the symptoms of indigestion and abdominal distension are obvious, you can repeat the top-down pushing method from the heart socket, and be careful not to push from the bottom up.
3. Push the ribs. The palms are pushed down from the lower edge of the breast to the lateral waist on both sides of the body, causing local fever, which can dredge the liver, gallbladder and meridians and make the qi flow unobstructed. Regular practice of these techniques can effectively regulate the function of the stomach and achieve the effects of nourishing the stomach, warming the stomach, regulating the middle energizer and preventing stomach diseases.
4. Moxibustion at Zhongwan point. Moxibustion with moxa sticks at Zhongwan point 10- 15 minutes, or moxibustion with mugs for 20-30 minutes. Zhongwan point is located on the midline of the abdomen, 4 inches above the umbilicus, which is equivalent to the width of five fingers. Zhongwan point has the functions of regulating stomach, benefiting qi, eliminating dampness, regulating middle warmer, lowering adverse qi and stopping vomiting. Moxibustion can improve stomach diseases.
5. Moxibustion Zusanli point. Moxibustion with moxa sticks 10- 15 minutes or cupping for 20-30 minutes at the finger outside the tibia, 3 inches below the external knee. Moxibustion with this method often has the effects of invigorating the spleen and regulating the stomach, strengthening the body resistance, harmonizing qi and blood, eliminating pathogenic factors and preventing diseases.
