Which yoga moves can both open shoulders and shape?
Down dog pose is a common yoga posture. When practicing, put your hands on the ground and bend forward, with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. When I first started practicing, the distance from my front foot to my hand was about half a meter. After adaptation, the hand can move forward as far as possible. This posture can beautify the shoulders and lengthen the thighs. Humble warrior style, practice this movement, first cross your fingers, put your palms together, keep your shoulders away from your ears, then retract your shoulder blades, sink your hips, and finally lift your kneecaps to start your thighs.
