The first graduation defense speech
Good morning, teachers! My name is xxx, and I am a student in Class xx. The topic of my thesis is "Research on Financial Risk Management and Control of Enterprises after PE Investment". The thesis was completed under the careful guidance of Mr. Hu. Here, I would like to express my deep gratitude to my tutor and all the teachers who took the trouble to participate in my thesis defense, and express my heartfelt respect to all the teachers who have had the opportunity to listen to my teachings in the past three years.
Next, I will report the purpose and main contents of this paper to all teachers and ask them to criticize and guide.
First of all, I want to talk about the purpose and significance of this graduation thesis design.
In personal work practice, it is found that the main reason why some invested enterprises fail to obtain the expected financial benefits is that PE investment institutions generally pay more attention to investment than management. As a common form of investment, PE faces the same problems in post-investment management, although most of its investment targets are relatively mature enterprises. The imperfection of management and control mechanism is often one of the reasons why investment can't reach the expected return target. As an investment institution, PE expects to get corresponding financial returns in a certain period of time while investing in enterprises, so it is particularly important to control financial risks.
PricewaterhouseCoopers pointed out: "The era of universal PE has quickly passed, PE investment will become more and more specialized, and vertical industries will become more and more subdivided." Therefore, how to use the existing post-investment management theory or methodology to guide the post-investment management of PE, especially the corresponding financial risk management and control, has important practical significance and practical value.
On the basis of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, this paper will study and discuss how private equity investment can manage the post-investment financial risks in China market.
Secondly, I want to talk about the structure and main contents of this article.
The research scheme of this paper is to review, summarize and apply the relevant theoretical and empirical research results at home and abroad. Based on personal practical experience in PE post-investment management projects, combined with the public information survey of enterprises invested by PE listed on Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market, this paper qualitatively analyzes the present situation, fields and the direction to be improved in the domestic market, and then explores feasible solutions and methodological frameworks. The main research methods include: systematic analysis and empirical analysis.
Firstly, this study reviews and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad, and determines the research focus and direction of this paper.
Subsequently, the theories or tools related to this topic are studied and summarized, including: corporate governance, internal control, financial risk and management, financial analysis and risk early warning, and post-investment risk management of private equity. In the form of literature research, based on the relevant information of listed companies of PE investment enterprises in Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market, this paper studies the present situation and main problems of PE post-investment management in China, especially financial risk management and control, and discusses the main types and causes of the problems. Through the analysis of typical cases, the shortcomings and potential improvement areas of the solutions under the existing theoretical system are discussed. Finally, combined with the above three aspects, this paper puts forward and discusses a new methodological framework to improve the financial risk control of PE post-investment management, and analyzes its specific steps and guiding significance for guiding PE post-investment management practice with typical cases.
Finally, I want to talk about the shortcomings of this paper.
The process of writing and revising this paper is also a process in which I become more and more aware of my lack of knowledge and experience. Although I try my best to collect materials and use what I have learned to write my thesis, there are still many shortcomings in the thesis, which need to be improved. Please criticize and correct me, so that I can learn more in my future study.
The second graduation defense speech
Hello, teachers! My name is xxx, and I come from Liaocheng, Shandong. The topic of my thesis is "Research on the application of financial evaluation of urban rail transit projects based on real options". Here, please allow me to express my deep gratitude to Mr. Wang Xueqing for his careful guidance and heartfelt thanks to all the teachers who took the trouble to participate in my thesis defense. Next, I will give you a general introduction from three aspects: the purpose, structure and content of the paper, and the shortcomings, and urge you to criticize and guide.
First of all, in the purpose and significance, this paper studies the introduction of real option theory into the evaluation process of urban rail transit project investment decision, aiming at improving the evaluation method and system of rail transit construction investment projects. By improving the evaluation means, the value of rail transit projects can be calculated and evaluated more accurately, thus helping rail transit project builders to make scientific decisions.
At present, there are few studies on applying real option theory to the investment evaluation of urban rail transit projects. The research results of this paper can be used as a new way to evaluate the value of urban rail transit projects with investors as the main body, provide theoretical support for the choice of decision-making methods, and have certain significance for the development of rail transit infrastructure construction in China.
Secondly, in the structural content, the basic idea of this paper is as follows: First, analyze the characteristics of urban rail transit projects and review the limitations of traditional methods in dealing with project investment decisions. On this basis, the characteristics of rail transit projects and options are analyzed, and an evaluation model of urban rail transit projects based on deferred options is constructed. Finally, the investment decision-making model is verified by an example. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction of the paper. This chapter briefly introduces the background of urban rail transit and other related research, and puts forward the necessity and significance of this study. Through literature review, this paper systematically expounds the research process and present situation of domestic and foreign scholars and experts on real options and other methods, and finally puts forward the research content and framework of this paper.
The second chapter systematically expounds the urban rail transit projects and investment decision-making methods respectively. Among them, the description of rail transit projects includes the introduction, classification and characteristics of urban rail transit, focusing on the economic characteristics and investment characteristics of rail transit projects, paving the way for the next research. In the summary of investment decision-making methods, the traditional project evaluation method and real option method are emphatically analyzed and compared. Firstly, the traditional project evaluation method is expounded, and its existing problems and defects are summarized. Then the real option method is introduced systematically, and finally the basic ideas and steps of its application are summarized.
The third and fourth chapters are the core parts of this paper. The third chapter analyzes the option characteristics of rail transit projects, establishes the deferred option model of urban rail transit, and points out the practical guiding significance of the model.
The fourth chapter uses specific cases for empirical analysis and quantitative calculation to enhance the persuasiveness of the paper.
The fifth chapter is the last chapter of this paper. Through the model construction and verification in the first two chapters, this paper preliminarily summarizes the conclusion that the real option method is applied to urban rail transit projects, and points out the factors that cannot be considered in this study and the possible problems, as well as the research direction of improvement and development in the future.
Finally, as far as the shortcomings are concerned, the shortcomings of this paper and the prospect for the future are summarized as follows:
1, the model parameters are difficult to determine. It is difficult to obtain the data of the value growth rate of urban rail transit projects, so this paper uses the passenger flow growth rate as an approximate substitute. In fact, the factors that determine the value of rail transit projects are complicated, such as depreciation of fixed assets, increase of maintenance costs and calculation of sunk value. In addition, the variance of the value growth rate is difficult to obtain directly, and the approximate substitution method similar to the historical year data of the project cannot consider the uncertainty of the future year of the project. Therefore, the determination of model parameters still needs more accurate calculation methods.
2. In the construction of deferred option pricing model, the time of deferred option can not be accurately obtained and quantified as a formula for calculation, which brings more inconvenience to the project in determining the timing of decision-making operation, which is determined by the uncertain characteristics of the project itself.
3. Failure to consider the game model with other competitors. The pricing model and case verification of deferred options in this paper are based on the assumption that there is only one investor, but in practice there are often multiple investors competing, so it is necessary to further construct and verify its game characteristics and model.
In addition, there are some other factors that have not been considered, such as the interaction between different options that exist at the same time, and the analysis of national economic and social benefits. Further research is needed.
Thanks again to the teachers.
The third graduation defense speech
Dear teachers: Good evening, my name is xxx, and I come from xx major. The title of my graduation thesis is xxx. The information of my graduation thesis is true and reliable, which I independently studied under the guidance of Mr. Xiao Jinsen. There, I expressed my deep gratitude to Mr. Xiao and heartfelt thanks to all the teachers who participated in my thesis defense.
Next, I will introduce the research data, the purpose and benefits of the research, the ideas and methods of the research, the advantages and disadvantages, and urge all teachers to criticize and guide.
First of all, let me talk about the information of this graduation thesis: The thesis mainly includes the following four parts:
The first part: Introduction of analogy method, including expression analogy method, basic property analogy method and operation analogy method.
The second part: introduction of doubts, including introduction of questions, introduction of suspense and introduction of riddles.
The third part: story introduction method, including: history introduction method, scene introduction method and humor introduction method.
The fourth part: direct introduction method.
Secondly, let me talk about the research ideas and methods of this paper:
At the beginning of this research, I first collected a large number of junior high school mathematics classroom cases and some related documents, and analyzed and studied these cases and documents. After that, I summed up some methods and cases that I personally think are very efficient, and then asked Mr. Xiao to teach me, and then revised the shortcomings. Finally, classify the summarized methods and cases, and then add some cases. So as to enrich the information in this paper.
Third, let me talk about the research purpose and benefits of this article:
A good beginning is half the battle, and classroom lead-in is the initial stage of classroom teaching. The introduction of classroom teaching is the key for students to actively learn new knowledge. Therefore, the efficient introduction of junior high school mathematics classroom is particularly important in the new curriculum reform. However, in daily teaching, how to achieve scientific and efficient introduction is a problem that we have been exploring. In order to solve this problem to a certain extent, help the majority of junior high school math teachers introduce new courses efficiently, so as to attract students' attention, stimulate students' desire for knowledge, make students learn actively and achieve the expected teaching effect, this paper studies the efficient introduction of junior high school math classroom.
Classroom lead-in is the main link of classroom teaching, and its success or failure directly affects the effect of classroom teaching. Intentional thinking activity is the key to the success of classroom teaching, and efficient lead-in can stimulate students' thinking interest in learning mathematics. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to using appropriate lead-in to stimulate students' thinking when introducing new courses, thus stimulating their intention to explore new knowledge and new materials.
Finally, let me talk about the advantages and disadvantages of this paper:
The advantages of this paper are: first, the research topic is novel, which is also very helpful for my future teaching; Second, the classification of classroom lead-in methods is unique.
The disadvantage is that due to my own level, I don't have a deep understanding of some concepts and methods, and my thinking is definitely not deep and comprehensive enough. In addition, although I have checked it carefully, there may still be necessary typos or sentences that are not fluent.
Although I tried my best to collect information and use what I have learned to write and analyze the paper, there are still some shortcomings in the paper, such as incomplete analysis or unspecific recommendation, which need to be improved. Therefore, please give your valuable suggestions so that I can do better in my future study and work.
After hearing my introduction, please criticize and correct me. thank you
The fourth graduation defense speech
Dear Judge Teacher: Good morning!
My name is 20xx, and I am majoring in sociology. My graduation thesis is entitled "Love and Marriage in Jin Yong's Novels from the Perspective of Sociology". My tutor is Miss Zhang Hong. From the topic selection, drafting outline, completing the first draft and finalizing, I got careful guidance from Mr. Zhang, which enabled me to quickly master the writing method of the paper and complete the writing of the paper in a short time. No matter what the result of this day's defense is, I will sincerely thank the instructor for his hard work and the judges for their criticism and correction.
So far, there are many works about Jin Yong's martial arts novels in academic circles, but there is no research on the concept of marriage and love in Jin Yong's novels from the perspective of sociology. I choose Jin Yong's novels as the theme of my graduation thesis. On the one hand, I like Jin Yong's novels, including TV series adapted from Jin Yong's novels. Indeed, Jin Yong's novels not only show us the chivalrous man's pleasure, kindness and hatred, but also use the Jianghu society to make the characters get rid of the shackles of traditional society or be less bound by social system. Chivalrous men and women don't ask about birth, family background and social background, but only talk about mutual affection, which can achieve the real benefits of equality between men and women and freedom of love. On the other hand, combined with the current social reality, many phenomena are similar to the plots in Jin Yong's novels, revealing their connections and warning the world to advocate a harmonious and ideal marriage.
This paper mainly adopts the writing method of data analysis and reality comparison, and each part is arranged according to the level of typical analysis, concrete contrast phenomenon, theoretical analysis and then elucidation of modern characteristics. The specific structure is as follows:
The first part is the five emotional types in Jin Yong's novels.
The second part is the marriage types corresponding to reality in Jin Yong's novels;
The third part is about the sociological analysis of spouse selection in Jin Yong's novels, which is divided into macro analysis and micro analysis. The main macro theories are: the individualistic explanation of mate selection; Social and cultural explanation of mate selection; Mate selection gradient theory; Homogeneous matching theory. Microscopic theories are: 1, similarity theory; 2. Theory of complementary needs. From the above theory of mate selection, we can draw the following inferences: the principle of similarity is the basic law of mate selection. No matter from which theoretical point of view, this conclusion always holds, although the following inference is made: the principle of similarity is the basic law of mate selection. No matter from which theoretical point of view, this conclusion is always valid, although there are still some disputes about what is "similarity". The external social conditions fit "similar matching" and the internal conditions fit "complementary needs", which seems to be the most perfect ideal marriage model.
The fourth part is the modern characteristics of Jin Yong's concept of love and marriage; In Jin Yong's novels, chivalrous men and women don't ask about their origins, family background and social background, but only talk about mutual affection and mutual affection, so that they can realize the real benefits of freedom of love, and these concepts are undoubtedly consistent with modern people's view of love.
Part V: Conclusion.
Society is the product of historical accumulation, and novel is an art that reflects life, looks forward to life, and can even transform life and improve the quality of life. Today, some traditional ideas are still eroding contemporary people, and people have broken through the feudal snare, gained full personality freedom and can bravely pursue their own feelings. It is still instructive for us to recall the emotional marriage and love with modern characteristics in Jin Yong's novels. The emotion in Jin Yong's novels not only reflects the emotion in the author's mind, but also reflects the "mass unconsciousness" bred by traditional culture and the emotional confusion and contradiction of modern people, which has important cognitive value. Therefore, we should go beyond the simple opposition between connotative marriage based on feelings and utilitarian marriage based on real interests, and combine instrumental rationality with value rationality to build an ideal marriage model-comprehensive balance model.
Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Zhang Hong again for his careful help and guidance in the process of writing my graduation thesis. Secondly, I would like to thank all professional teachers for their education and training in these four years. Without your teaching, there would be no me today. Finally, I thank my old classmates for their concern and support over the past few years. I will never forget the days when I lived with you!
I urge teachers and students to criticize and correct me. Thank you!
The fifth graduation defense speech
Dear teachers: Hello everyone!
I am xXX from XX class of hotel management, and I am very honored to participate in our graduation thesis defense! My thesis is entitled "How to improve hotel service quality". I want to thank my thesis supervisor, Mr Chen Aihua! Because I used to work in Zhejiang, I didn't have much free time to find papers, so when I was working, I was always thinking about what topics I should find to help me write. Finally, based on my study and internship experience, I wrote down my feelings about what I think is insufficient or really needs improvement in hotel services. Due to the rush of time, the paper written has many defects. Fortunately, it was successfully completed with the help of teacher Chen! No matter what the result of this day's defense is, I want to thank the teachers and classmates who helped me this time.
These years have witnessed the rapid development of the hotel industry in China. Hotel buildings in major cities have sprung up like mushrooms after rain, and the magnificent hotels in the city have also injected fresh blood into the development of the city. However, with hotels of different countries, grades and cultures mixed in the city, the competition among hotels is fierce. Of course, to some extent, these competitions are conducive to the continuous improvement and development of the hotel industry in China. It can be seen that the competition between hotels will inevitably give guests an active choice, making them more and more demanding and picky about hotel services. No way, as a hotel guest in the future, we must be brave enough to deal with it and try our best to solve it.
My thesis starts with a personal case, which plays a role in attracting jade. Then, from the perspective of the case, I think deeply about the problems existing in the hotel and the solutions. In order to make the paper more elaborate, I didn't come straight to the point at the beginning, but explained the concept and information of hotel service quality in three or four parts, and then found out the reasons that restricted the slow improvement of hotel service quality in China. Including: hotel hardware facilities, hotel security work, service consciousness of service personnel, work style, work attitude, service skills and quality cultivation of hotel staff. Found the problem, then naturally to solve the problem. In this regard, I put forward several countermeasures and suggestions to improve and improve the hotel service quality, starting from seven angles: 1 improve the service quality and awareness of hotel managers. 2. Customer-oriented, bringing high-quality and satisfactory service. 3. Respect employees and give employees an equal competitive environment. 4. Improve the coordination within the hotel. 5. Empower employees. 6. Strengthen staff management. 7 Public security management. These seven viewpoints are mainly from the perspective of managers, employees and guests, and put forward realistic solutions. Finally, the conclusion is drawn: on the one hand, the service system is imperfect, of course, in the final analysis, it depends on the managers. On the other hand, because of the low quality of service personnel, hotels are mixed. As a good hotel, you must have first-class equipment, first-class service and first-class image in order to keep up with the times and realize sustainable development.
Due to the limitations of various conditions and my limited writing level and professional theoretical knowledge, this paper is only limited to a relatively shallow surface, which will certainly prompt me to explore and dig deeper in my future work.
Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Chen Aihua once again for his guidance on my thesis, teachers of various majors for their education and care for me in the past three years, and my classmates for accompanying me. Three years must be a bright spot in my life journey. Please criticize and correct me next! thank you
