Be careful in life: work and rest are moderate, live in an orderly way, avoid overeating and sleeping, and avoid heavy objects.

Regulate mood: meditation, abstinence, openness, optimism, avoiding depression and being in a bad mood.

Be cautious about colds and temperatures: pay attention to prenatal care, avoid colds and prevent infection.

Abstinence from sexual intercourse: moderate sexual intercourse, avoiding seeking temporary pleasure and causing fetal injury.

Abstinence from alcohol and drug addiction: alcohol can harm the fetus and should be given up; Reduce the use of drugs, be careful about moxibustion points, and avoid premature flow.
