How to enter a meditative state
1. Put your right hand on your left heart and say "Please let me have peace and joy" in your heart (three times).

2. Press your forehead with your right hand and say "I forgive everything, forgive everyone, including myself" (twice).

3. Turn your right hand clockwise seven times according to the top of your head, and say "Please make me conscious" each time.

Then lift your right hand off your head, close your eyes and feel the induction between your palm and your head with your heart.

After that, you can change your left hand, put your hands down, palm up and sit still for a while.

If your hands feel hot and numb, it means that your condition needs to be improved. The two hands feel different, and the left and right veins are unbalanced.
