The cardinal number is 120, and now it is 104, which is quite satisfactory. I lost weight 16 kg.
The time is from March 1 to June 30, 4 months.
Breakfast: a small corner cake+an egg+a bowl of soybean milk (all unit meals, other meanings are the same, and the approximate ratio is these)
Lunch: eat one meat and one dish, eat more vegetables, and eat 2 liang of rice (3-5 pieces of meat can enhance nutrition, and fish can eat more).
Dinner: a small bowl of whole grain porridge (the concentration can be hung with a spoon, slightly thick) and a dish (it is best to match two colors of dishes together)
Eat a fruit in half an hour, and an apple is the best.
Start exercising for 30 minutes at 7: 30 in the evening, and skipping rope is the best. If you don't jump rope, jump for 30 minutes by yourself, and the interval should not exceed 3 minutes. Don't be idle for these three minutes, walk around. Take a deep breath. There must be a wandering period during the weight loss period. I encountered a wandering period when I was reduced to 1 10 kg, so I adjusted my exercise time to 45 minutes and continued to lose weight.
During this period, you can't reduce your appetite, otherwise it will affect your health. I exercise for 45 minutes (reducing water in the first 30 minutes and reducing fat in the last 15 minutes), which is the standard time, and 200 days is the standard cycle.
