Is there a P-picture tool that can make photos thinner?
Of course, you can change photos with PS. The operation method is as follows:

1, open the PS software and drag the photo you want to P into PS. I took a photo here.

2. Then find the filter in the toolbar and click it. Then find the liquefaction command in the drop-down menu and click it.

3. Then there is a tool option on the right side of the pop-up liquefaction window. Under this option, there is a tool to adjust the brush size.

4. Click the Freeze Mask tool on the left side of the liquefaction window and paint the unchanged area red.

5. After drawing the unchanged part, click the turbulence tool on the left tool, and then push it on the obese part, so that it can become awkward.

6. After the photo is restored to the desired effect, click the OK button on the right side of the interface.

7. Click OK, and the liquefaction window disappears. The effect is shown in the figure. We can find that the waist is thinner. For other places that need to be modified, you can modify them again according to the above method until the photos are modified to your satisfaction.
