Exercise 1
Wash and dry mandarin fish, and marinate with a little cooking wine and salt for 30 minutes.
2 Chop the lobster sauce, spread shredded ginger on the fish, and then add the lobster sauce and shredded pepper.
3 After the water is boiled, steam for about 20 minutes, then remove the chopped green onion and steam for 5 minutes.
Then boil the juice and pour it on the steamed fish.
