A set of recipes for nutritious meals and their practices
List my recipes as required (more suitable for people who lose fat)

1. Breakfast is an egg, a piece of bread, and some vegetables (because laziness is often a cucumber or a tomato).

2. 10 am plus a bag of milk or yogurt.

3. At noon, there are two vegetarian dishes in the general canteen (try to choose oily vegetables and rinse them with clear water), a meat dish and a whole wheat steamed bread (self-provided).

When you are hungry in the afternoon, go home and eat a handful of nuts or a fruit, and sometimes eat some bread to satisfy your hunger.

5. Dinner, miscellaneous grains porridge or oatmeal, sometimes eat a plate of vegetarian meat, sometimes don't eat it.

I will eat again when I am hungry at night, but I will only eat cucumbers, tomatoes and fruits and never touch high-calorie snacks.
