Moderate diet:
Roasted Flammulina velutipes, Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Pepper, Roasted Green Bean, Baked Thousand-page Tofu, Grilled Fish Tofu.
Do not eat:
Baked eggplant, baked potato tower, baked steamed bread slices, baked glutinous rice cake, baked steamed bread, baked gluten.
meat and vegetables
You can eat:
Roasted scallops, roasted quail eggs, roasted lamb loin, roasted yellow throat, roasted beef skewers, roasted fresh shrimps and roasted chicken gizzards.
Moderate diet:
Roast pork belly, roast chicken legs, roast wing tips, roast tenderloin, roast chicken feet and roast squid.
Do not eat:
Baked starch sausage, bacon, saury, trotters, roast chicken skin, roasted pig skin, Cantonese sausage.
