Yoga doesn't need to be practiced when you are hungry. When you are too hungry, your blood sugar level drops sharply, which is not conducive to practice. It is more appropriate to practice when you are three points full. If you only eat fruits or digestible vegetables or drink some porridge an hour before practice, you don't have to give up practice because of them.
Don't eat directly before practice. After eating a full meal, you should practice on an empty stomach for three to four hours, and after eating some snacks, you can start practicing on an empty stomach for one to two hours.
