How to make healthy tea
The preparation method of that health tea is as follow:

First, daily health tea.

Efficacy: Enhance immunity, improve eyesight and benefit qi.

Ingredients: Radix Astragali, Fructus Lycii, and three red dates.

Practice: put all the ingredients into the pot, pour in 1500ml water, cook with high fire until the water boils, and then turn to low heat to continue cooking for about 15min.

Drinking method: when drinking warm every day.

Second, Jiawei Siwu Tang.

Efficacy: Promote blood circulation, replenish blood and qi, relieve muscle soreness, improve dizziness and moisturize skin.

Ingredients: Angelica San Qian, Chuanxiong San Qian, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Jiu Shao, Lycium barbarum, Magnolia Officinalis, Eucommia ulmoides, Astragalus membranaceus, Bulbus Brassicae, so paper flowers, dates and sachets.

Practice: put the ingredients into the pot, add four bowls of water, and cook on low heat until one bowl of water is enough.

Drinking method: filter residue to get soup, once in the morning and once in the evening, and drink warm.

Third, Ningshen tea.

Efficacy: soothe the nerves, help sleep, relax and decompress, and clear the psychological qi.

Ingredients: Cortex Albizziae, Cortex et Radix Polygalae of San Qian, San Qian Longan, Red Five Money, Shenfu Five Money and Fried Jujube Seed Five Money.

Practice: put all the ingredients into the pot, pour in 1500ml water, cook with high fire until the water boils, and then turn to low heat to continue cooking for about 15min.
