1. Eat regularly and have breakfast.

In order to save trouble, tomatoes and eggs can be prepared for breakfast. Tomatoes are eaten raw and eggs are cooked in a short time. When you boil eggs with hot water, you can wash your face and brush your teeth. When the tomatoes are ripe, they can be eaten with hot water.

2. Keep exercising.

At present, the biggest excuse for many people not to exercise may be the lack of time and environment. In fact, this is wrong and does not require real exercise.

I work about 1 hour at work, stretch in the corridor and porch, do a few simple squats in my seat, close my eyes and take a few deep breaths in my seat.

3. Learning dynamic rest

For example, when driving in traffic jams, you can close your eyes for a few seconds. When waiting for the elevator, you can pause for a moment and look straight into your eyes.
