The prefabrication yard must be flat and solid to avoid low-lying and stagnant water. To level the hardened site, set up cross slopes and drainage ditches. According to the foundation and climatic conditions, necessary drainage measures shall be taken to eliminate the accumulated water in the rain period and the accumulated water for health preservation, so as to prevent the soft settlement of the site. At the same time, considering the internal and external transportation of components (including land and water), loading and unloading, concrete transportation and other factors, access roads are set up along the prefabrication yard and beam storage area to meet the convenience of construction. The whole site should be arranged reasonably to avoid overcrowding and unnecessary land occupation, so as to arrange deployment.
(1) The bearing spacing should be increased by 2 ~ 3m on the width of T-beam panel.
(2) The longitudinal spacing of the pedestal should not be less than 8m.
(3) Pay attention to the distance between the pedestal and the track, and fully consider whether the gantry crane affects the main girder.
(4) Sanitary pipes shall be arranged outside the track, and faucets shall be arranged in each row of beam-making areas for convenient sanitary use.
(5) The power consumption of the prefabrication yard shall be planned in general, and the main cables and electrical equipment shall be equipped according to the total power consumption. It is necessary to set up a special transformer. The total power consumption shall include the following contents: the workload of electric welding machine, the workload of plug-in vibrator and attached vibrator, the power consumption of gantry, butt welding machine of steel bar processing machine, lighting, etc.
