Generally, they will make some walnuts, diced tofu, potatoes, some soybeans and some salt. Worst of all, there is no wheat flour, only corn flour, a little salt, a patchouli leaf and a handful of crushed walnut powder. Because most people keep one or two pigs and most of them are fried with lard. Of course, there are some coarse teas. Drinking canned tea has really become a habit of mountain people here. Some people can't live without canned tea all their lives. It is said that in ancient times, it was once a gathering place for Qiang people. At that time, Qiang people were nomadic people, eating mostly beef and mutton, and tea was a necessity. According to legend, Zhuge Liang opened a tea shop in the west of the county seat in order to win over the Qiang people during the Three Kingdoms period, and then opened a tea shop in Xiakouyi in the west and a tea ridge in Liang Shan. Pot tea is probably the continuation and perfection of this tea drinking habit. As Lueyang was later the residence of Han nationality, it was a combination of customs and habits of Han nationality and ethnic minorities.
