Guanyin Boxing, also known as Tai Chi Health Guanyin Boxing, is a kind of Buddhist boxing. The fist score comes from Shanjue Master of Huguo Temple in Tiantai, Zhejiang Province, and was created by teacher Jiang Huili. It is a set of boxing methods suitable for men, women and children, including Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan, yoga and Buddha's handprint.
Jiang Huili, a martial arts teacher in China, has been practicing Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan for decades. She said that Tai Chi Chuan moves gently, breathes naturally and is not clumsy. His exercise is not limited by time and place, and the amount of exercise can be large or small. He is suitable for men, women, children, the strong and the weak. If he can't play a full set, he can play a half set. The weak can even do only a few movements to reduce the exertion and jumping in Tai Chi. Practice time can also be reduced to half an hour, and then increase the intensity of exercise after getting used to it for a while.
Preparatory type: the body stands naturally and the mind is calm and relaxed. We should take compassion and tolerance as the core, and imagine that the light of Guanyin Bodhisattva shines all over the body, and the five aggregates are empty. I feel empty all over, and then you are Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Guanyin Bodhisattva is you. Everywhere I go, I am full of compassion and tolerance. From beginning to end, the light of avalokitesvara permeates your whole body, and all your internal organs are bathed in the light of avalokitesvara.
1. Courtesy Guanyin: loosen your shoulders, sink your elbows, loosen your legs, and then loosen your shoulders, and your fingertips will feel touching the ground. Then, open your wrist again, turn your head to the right, and extend your hands upward and sideways. Your shoulders will sink to your wrists, your palms will be empty, and your hips will sink, forming a pair of pulls (every time your hands reach out, they will be pulled out from your hips. Put your hands together on your head, turn your head forward at the same time, cross your hands along the bridge of your nose and land in front of the mountainside. The ceremony of Guanyin is over.
2. Bloom saw the Buddha, with his hands forward and his back backward, and fell forward in an arc and landed on his abdomen. The center of gravity moves to the right foot, the left foot is slowly lifted, the palm is slowly unfolded, then the eyes turn right, and then the right foot is slowly lifted, and the hands are at the same time apart, and the hands are moving, but the hands do not stop. Then cross your hands on the left, move your left foot to the right, and move the cover down. Note that your hands should be slightly flat, not flat, and your elbows should not sink too low. When you put your palms together, your palms should be empty.

Transcendental reincarnation: turn right and cross your hands (the position where your hands cross is right in front); Retract your right foot, turn left, retract your right heel to the right, and bend your hands into an arc. Riding Dragon Guanyin: buckle your right foot forward for half a step, spread your hands up and down (the right hand draws a circle on the right side of your head from bottom to top, and the left hand presses down on your left hip), turn left first, then slightly turn right, with the imaginary step of your left foot in front, slightly sink, then move your center of gravity to the left, stroke your right hand downward, and draw a solitary shape with your right hand while your waist turns right, then buckle your right foot inward and stroke your right hand to your armpit.
6. Manglietia rescue mother: hands are slightly looped, the body is close to the center, and then the body and hands go in the opposite direction at the same time. At this time, the left foot falls slightly and falls to the heel of the right foot, and then the hands and feet are also opened at 45 degrees, and the center of gravity falls on the left foot.
7. Do it to the other side: draw a circle with your right hand inward and draw a circle with your left hand at the same time. Draw a circle with your right hand and close your right foot at the same time, and exit at a 45-degree oblique angle. Shift your center of gravity, turn around, hook your left hand and push your right hand forward. Move the center of gravity to the right, draw down with your right hand, draw a big circle with your right hand, and turn your hand around. Open your shoulders and legs and sink.

Ok, keep it, open your feet, stab your hands forward at the same time, walk back, then spread your palms, and your fingertips will pass through the eyebrows and fall into the middle. At the same time, when the finger is stabbed forward, the back is backward, and the Jiaji point is backward, forming a pair of pulls, and the hands are flat, not too high. Then, loosen your hips, spread your hands up and slowly put them down, and cross your hands in front of your abdomen. Then, lift the anus, turn the tail upside down, and palm up at the same time. 1 1, Guanyin Feitian: Look for your right hand with your left hand, with your legs hanging slightly to the heel of your left foot (don't fall to the ground), put your hands together, then drop your hands from bottom to top in an arc to the mountainside, and slowly lift your feet, then push your right heel backwards while stabbing forward with your hands, and look forward (don't look at the ground), slowly. Then close your left foot, stand on one foot, and put your hands together over your head. Then, when the hands fall, the left foot moves to the left in a standing position.
12, seeking holiness and blessing: draw a circle to the right with the arc of both hands. When drawing to the right, the center of gravity moves to the right foot, and the left foot closes the heel of the right foot, and then obliquely retreats. Then turn around, both toes come back, then push the palm forward, back backward, and pull a pair. Ok, then move the center of gravity. While moving the center of gravity, the palms of both hands are relatively flat, the fingertips are facing left, and slowly move to the right, and the center of gravity moves to the right foot. Then relax your hips, put your hands down, put your palms on the inner thigh, walk along the inner thigh, relax your hips as much as possible, then move your center of gravity, palm up, slightly buckle your left toe, pull your palms to the right, then turn right, spread out your hands, lift your right foot into an independent shape, and keep your right elbow as close to your knees as possible, and keep your body straight. Then the right foot slowly falls at a 45-degree oblique angle along the front corner, the center of gravity moves forward slightly, and the hands are crossed.

When the left knee is lifted, the palms of your hands will continue to become relatively vertical (the fingertips of your right hand are up and the fingertips of your left hand are down). When the left ankle is placed on the right thigh, the hands are separated up and down, the right hand falls halfway up the mountain, the left hand falls in front of the abdomen, and the two hands become Buddha fingers. When your hips sink, push your back forward with your hands, raise your head and walk backwards, relax your hips and keep your body straight. Do not lean forward.
16, Master Jie: The right hand draws an arc to the right and the left hand draws an arc to the outside. At the same time, the left foot is opened, the right hand grasps it upward, the center of gravity shifts to the left foot and closes the right foot, and then the right hand tries to plant a punch. The left hand draws an arc and falls in front of the right shoulder, while the body sinks into a right rest.

Clean the bottle all over: get up slowly, take a small step to the right and back with your right foot, shift your center of gravity to your right foot, keep your right hand still, and move your left palm forward to your wrist while lifting your left foot, so as to be independent. Look at the left front and relax your shoulders and hips.
18, Bodhisattva basket: left foot and right foot cover, hands crossed (larger), eyes on the right. Get up, spread your hands over your head and lift your right foot at the same time. Stick the center of your right foot on the inside of your left knee joint, relax your hips, open your hands left and right, sink slightly, and look at your right hand.

At the same time, push your right foot backwards to form a pair of pulls, and then do another group. Fingertips of the right hand pass through the eyebrows and fall into the mountain. Turn around and try to form a pair of pulls (neither uneven nor downward). Then, palm of the right hand is facing up, close the left foot and turn back to the front (process).
23. Buddha fruit completion: put your hands between the eyebrows and fall halfway up the mountain. At the same time, slowly come up, put down your hands, put your hands on them, stand up slowly, then open your hands, close your right foot, cross your hands up, slowly fall, and cross your hands to your chest.
