How to drink kudingcha?
There are "four keys" to drinking Kuding tea. First, the water temperature should be appropriate; Second, the water quality is good, preferably mineral water, spring water or pure water; Third, choose porcelain or pottery as tea set; Fourth, the amount should be small. Kuding tea has the characteristics of small amount, strong taste and resistance to brewing. Drinking method of Kuding tea: take a proper amount of fresh Kuding tea, the water temperature should not exceed 80 degrees, and the optimal water temperature is between 70 degrees and 80 degrees. The brewing method of Kuding tea is suitable for investment method. Fill the teapot with half water. When the temperature drops, add Ilex kudingcha, gently shake the teapot for 5 ~ 10 seconds, and then pour out the water. This process is called "tea washing", and its purpose is to wash away the dust and impurities that may exist in tea. Pour boiling water into the teapot again, and after 3 ~ 5 minutes, you can start drinking. Honey can also be added after the tea soup is cooled, which has a certain effect on treating pharyngitis.
