People who live long don't take medicine! Health care starts from the roots.
Text/Okamoto Yu

This happened in another nursing home. When I started working in that nursing home, I heard the nurse there say, "There are obviously two completely different ways for old people here to die. To borrow their words, these two kinds of people are "dying people" and "not dead people". "It may sound rash, but the word' great death' they mentioned really interests me.

Because although I am a doctor and have a lot of experience in caring for dying patients, unfortunately, I have never met a dying moment that can say "this is the end of my life". In the hospital, almost all patients died of diseases, so the opportunity to see death is very rare. Later, after I started working in that nursing center for the elderly, the chances of meeting dead people increased; In my opinion, people who passed away have several similarities.

First of all, explain the scenes that usually appear. From the appearance, they will gradually lose their spirits and eat less. So you will lose weight and your skin will become dry. Wake up shorter and shorter during the day and talk less and less. Then, one day, something happened-I was laughing for a while, eating happily for a while, or sleeping for a while, but stopped breathing for a while.

It's as if the patient has decided "that day", it will take about one to three months, and his body will become weaker and weaker. Finally, he will stop breathing quietly and peacefully without any pain. Many people who passed away like this have one thing in common: no intravenous drip, no gastrostomy and no medicine. In other words, it is unlikely to be related to doctors and drugs.
