How much do you know about the health advice rejected by doctors?
"Longevity" does not lie in sleeping more and walking more, but in insisting on "two little things". People must have heard a lot of "health advice" in their lives, such as "clearing intestines and detoxifying, losing weight healthily", "drinking and warming up in cold weather can soften blood vessels" and "eating while hot is good for the gastrointestinal tract". These seemingly reasonable "health suggestions" actually have no scientific basis. Even if you listen to what he said, it will do harm to your health. So what are these suggestions? Today, I will analyze the following health rumors with you.

These three "health warnings" are all rumors and can't be trusted!

(1) Clearing intestine and expelling toxin

In medicine, "defecation" is a pseudo-concept, which is the name that merchants came up with when advertising. The stool itself does accumulate in the body, but there is no so-called "enterotoxin". Before defecation, there will be water and electrolyte absorption in the intestine, not "toxin" absorption.

Therefore, the so-called "moistening intestines and detoxifying" products are unnecessary. Normal people do not need to use laxatives as long as they have good defecation habits. Even constipation patients should be diagnosed by professional gastroenterologists, and appropriate drugs should be selected according to the patient's condition, instead of buying some products under the guise of "clearing the intestines and detoxifying". You can't lose weight by taking this laxative. Eating too much will only cause short-term weight loss due to dehydration, and drinking some water will restore it. Losing weight still depends on keeping your mouth shut and taking your legs.

(2) Drinking can warm the body and soften blood vessels.

When winter comes, people may meet others to persuade them to drink while eating, "drink to warm up" and "red wine is good for health and can soften blood vessels". But in fact, this rumor has long been clearly refuted by many authoritative organizations such as the World Health Organization. A small amount of drinking, whether red wine or white wine, will do harm to the body, and the healthiest drinking amount is zero. Moreover, studies have shown that alcohol will destroy our DNA structure at the genetic level, and even lead to serious chromosome rearrangement, thus inducing cancer. So don't think that drinking a small amount of low-alcohol wine will be fine.

(3) Eating while it is hot is good for the gastrointestinal tract. Many old people always think that food should be eaten while it is hot. Even some young people eat barbecue, hot pot and other foods while they are hot. People think that hot food will protect the gastrointestinal tract to some extent. But as early as 20 16, studies have shown that hot food, especially food above 65℃, will increase the risk of esophageal cancer. Our esophageal mucosa is actually very fragile. Too hot food will cause slight burns to mucosa, and frequent and repeated burns will stimulate canceration. Therefore, it is not healthy to eat while it is hot. On the contrary, we should get more sunshine and eat some hot food.
