Dog meat hotpot. Wash the dog meat first and chop it into small pieces. Heat the oil, put the pieces of southern ginger into the oil pan, and then add the pieces of dog meat and stir fry. Stir-fry the dog meat until it changes color, then add water to the dog meat and white radish and cook in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes. Spiced dog meat. Wash and dice the dog meat, then blanch it in boiling water to remove the fishy smell and wash it. Put the washed dog meat pieces into the pot and add water.
