This book is co-authored by Dr. Yang and his daughter Yang, who graduated from Harvard University. After reading this book in one night, I was deeply impressed by Mr. nan huaijin's prediction. He said that many great bodhisattvas in the future will come from scientists!

? The history of civilization in China is 7000 years, or 5000 years. Many works, such as Yi, Tao, Confucianism, Buddhism, hundred schools of thought, medicine, art and so on, were written for a long time in the past, and the estrangement of writing, culture and historical background increased the difficulty of understanding. Words are obscure and have multiple meanings, and the expression/technique is obscure. In addition, most people are now in a state of "busy, blind and vague", often aiming at "fast and saving", which increases the difficulty of exploring the truth in-depth and long-term practice.

According to Wei Ming's observation, generally speaking, any skill, knowledge and kung fu, without more than ten years of hard work, concentration and deliberate practice, is difficult to obtain the initial "exquisite" beauty of a technology and knowledge. This is why people often say that "one minute on stage takes ten years off stage", and why Weiming only calls himself "a lover of China traditional culture and a practitioner of Buddhism and Taoism meditation". Silently explore and practice, and the "Tao" will never be far away.
