How to cook cold okra is the best?
Cold okra practice:

Ingredients: okra, red bell pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and sesame oil.

Practice steps:

Step 1: Wash okra and a piece of red bell pepper, remove seeds and clean.

Step two, cut off both ends of the okra.

Step 3: Boil in a boiling water pot for 1 min, take out and cool naturally.

Step 4: Slice the okra obliquely, slice the red bell pepper, put them into a plate together, pour in a proper amount of soy sauce, rice vinegar, a little salt and sesame oil, and stir well to serve.

Matters needing attention

1. Dropping a few drops of oil and a little salt in water during blanching can keep okra green. Immediately after blanching, put it in boiling water twice to keep the okra crisp and tender, and the blanching time should not exceed two minutes, otherwise the okra will become soft and taste bad.

2. This dish is mainly to highlight the fragrance of garlic and the umami taste of oyster sauce, so add more minced garlic and oyster sauce. Both oyster sauce and soy sauce contain salt, so don't add salt.

In order to keep the nutrition in the okra, we cut it after blanching, which kept the nutrition and was very tasty.
