Three types:
The first one: rubbing the lower back (Shenshu) by tapping teeth and swallowing liquid in the morning.
1, get up in the morning, wash, stand in the hall, stand naturally, divide your feet, separate your shoulders, buckle your toes and relax your waist.
2, hands rub hot, thumb in front, four fingers behind, placed at the waist, up and down three or six, before and after four or nine, knocking your teeth and stirring your tongue, pharynx and body fluid longevity.
The second type: rubbing the lower abdomen in the afternoon (Tian Dan) emphasizes stretching the neck and raising the head.
1, after dinner in the afternoon, sit quietly and peacefully, naturally stand between flowers and trees, with your feet divided, shoulder-width apart, button your toes and relax your abdomen.
2, hands rub hot, thumb press navel, four points down, hands crossed, clockwise 36, counterclockwise 49, neck up, joint movement.
The third type: rub your feet before going to bed (spring), pay attention to lifting the anus (when inhaling), and release it when exhaling.
1. Before going to bed at night, sit firmly by the bed, take a hot foot bath, sweat a little, and just sit on the sofa in front of the bed, whichever is comfortable.
2. Hold your feet with one hand, hold your toes and thumb with the other hand, point to Yongquan point, rub your feet up and down, rotate your feet, cooperate with lifting your anus, and rejuvenate.
