To tell the truth, I don't remember when I left school after graduation, and I didn't expect that summer forty years ago, which I didn't think would last forty years. In such a long forty years, I often think of Hu Zhong, my classmates and my teachers, no matter how far apart I am, no matter whether I am in prosperity or adversity. I will never forget the classroom with blue bricks and fine tiles, the clean windows, the flat and open playground covered with charcoal residue, and the steaming and buzzing canteen; I will never forget my classmates who lived together day and night for two years, the warm atmosphere of Class Three and the volleyball match, and the lively scene of the whole school building a farm. I will never forget President Wang's repeated teaching in the school auditorium. Mr. Zhu once said that learning is like sailing against the current. If you don't advance, you will retreat. Mindful of the motto of Plain, Mr. Ma wrote a beautiful and neat blackboard with his disabled arm. And all this, even in retrospect, is still so touching and cordial, vivid, vivid.

Undoubtedly, our high school graduates, who have studied for eleven years during the Cultural Revolution, have a poor knowledge base and incomplete knowledge structure, which increases the difficulty and hardship for us to step into society and experience life. Some of us have been rushing to work, some people have been unable to find jobs and have no hope of promotion, some people have three meals a day, and some people have been sick and poor. We have experienced hardships that others can't imagine. We have already tasted it. However, no matter what difficulties and setbacks we encountered, we didn't lose heart and retreat, and we didn't become a generation that was predicted to fail. In fact, among the students attending the party today, there are government officials with successful careers, businessmen with prosperous business, people's teachers who have worked hard and conscientious enterprise employees. Even those students who still live in the countryside and live in the city in obscurity have made their own contributions to their families, hometown, society and country with their unremitting efforts for 40 years. Therefore, we can proudly report to all teachers that although we have not become the pillars and political elites of the country, scholars and social elites, we have not failed to live up to your's trust and expectations, because we have become useful people to our family, society and the country!

Time flies, time flies. Today, we are all over 500 years old, our hair is gray, and because we have more time and energy, we have a calm mind and a good mood to recall the past and miss our classmates and teachers. It turns out that classmates are constant friendship, teachers and students are a string of confused feelings, classmates are a deep nostalgic song, and teachers and students are a cup of mellow and rich old wine. To this end, I strongly hope that everyone can forget their own success or failure, their status and wealth, let go of all the pressures and worries in their hearts, seize this rare short time, relive past friendships, say goodbye to each other, talk about life experiences and enjoy the joy of reunion, so that our party can become a grand gathering for feeling grateful, talking about friendship, releasing mood and relaxing mood. In the late autumn, the golden wind sent us cool, and we met in Rongcheng. "Seven Fujian days are southeast, and the number of mountains is still there."

First of all, please allow me to extend a warm welcome to experts and scholars from all over the country on behalf of the Chinese Medicine Culture Branch of the Chinese Medicine Association, and express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders of Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and all the members of the conference group who have worked hard for the convening of this conference!

In recent years, facing the challenge of western science and the criticism of some people in China, the cause of Chinese medicine has been more or less negatively affected. However, the castle peak can't be covered, after all, it flows eastward. With the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture have also ushered in the dawn of great rejuvenation. Especially this year is a happy event. In May, the State Council issued Document No.22, Several Opinions of the State Council on Supporting and Promoting the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the eighth of which is to prosper and develop the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and put forward that the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture should be included in the national cultural development plan. In June, state administration of traditional chinese medicine established an expert committee on cultural construction and scientific popularization of traditional Chinese medicine. In July, more than 500 people attended the experience exchange meeting of cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine in China Hospital.

In the past four years, our department has actively carried out the research, dissemination and construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture, completed a number of research projects entrusted by state administration of traditional chinese medicine-the research on the medical ethics norms of traditional Chinese medicine, the research on the evaluation system of medical ethics of traditional Chinese medicine, the research on the core values, behavioral norms and environmental image construction of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and is currently undertaking the research project on the construction of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals. Through research, the core value of Chinese medicine culture is benevolence and sincerity. It is worth mentioning that these research results of this branch have been adopted by state administration of traditional chinese medicine and implemented as government documents. Many members of our association have contributed to the spread of Chinese medicine culture. Some published books and articles through television, radio, internet and other media, spreading Chinese medicine culture and introducing Chinese medicine health knowledge to the public, and achieved great social repercussions.

The status of our branch in the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been continuously improved, which has made important contributions to promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine and enhancing the cultural identity of traditional Chinese medicine. Thankfully, due to the appeal and efforts of our branch, Chinese medicine culturology has been included in two disciplines in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, and it has been built as a key training discipline.

Yesterday, our branch completed the membership change. The new committee not only brought together experts and scholars in the field of research and dissemination of Chinese medicine culture, but also absorbed leaders and practitioners in the cultural construction of Chinese medicine hospitals, Chinese medicine enterprises and colleges. At present, the fourth Committee has 170 members and 65 members of Tang Committee, covering a wide range and with a strong lineup, and has become one of the largest branches of Chinese Medicine Association.

Delegates, Chinese medicine culture is the soul and foundation of Chinese medicine, an inexhaustible motive force for the cause of Chinese medicine, and an important source of cohesion and creativity for Chinese medicine workers. Traditional Chinese medicine culture is divided into three levels: heart, hand and face, namely, core value level, behavior standard level and material image level. "Culture" is a rather complicated form, and its output law, mode of action and inheritance path all show its uniqueness. It has the characteristics of combining historicity with the times, nationality with regionality, stability with variability, exclusiveness with inclusiveness. There are still many problems to be studied. According to the requirements of the State Council, we should make breakthroughs in the following four aspects:

1. The research on the cultural connotation of TCM includes TCM values, thinking methods (especially original thinking), humanistic spirit and medical ethics. We should clarify the relationship between Chinese medicine culture and China traditional culture. We should not only inherit and integrate traditional Chinese medicine cultural resources, but also innovate advanced Chinese medicine culture. Enhance the soft power of traditional Chinese medicine culture.

Second, the exploration of regional culture of traditional Chinese medicine and the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine. Strengthen the protection of traditional Chinese medicine cultural relics, do a good job in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine, increase the protection of projects listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list, and create favorable conditions for the representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage traditional Chinese medicine projects. It is necessary not only to build a regional brand of traditional Chinese medicine culture, but also to shape the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine and enhance its image.

Third, the spread of Chinese medicine culture. Including domestic communication and international communication. Disseminate various domestic media, carry out popularization education of Chinese medicine science and culture, and strengthen the construction of publicity and education bases. International exchange, explore the channels of cooperation with Confucius Institute. Strengthen the guidance of geography and theory, and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to respect and protect the traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine and care for and support the development of Chinese medicine.

Fourthly, the cultural construction of TCM colleges includes the cultural construction of TCM hospitals, TCM enterprises and TCM colleges-the construction of heart, hands and face. Carry forward Chinese excellent medical ethics. Strengthen the development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine cultural resources, and build the cultural brand of traditional Chinese medicine institutions. Promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture industry.

As an important academic activity of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the National Academic Conference on Neurology is one of the important platforms to display the latest research achievements in the field of neurology in China and promote the all-round development of neurology. Since the establishment of 1993, X Medical Branch of X Medical Association has been committed to promoting X medicine to clinic.
