Cheng' an county is located in the south of Hebei province, about 20 kilometers southeast of Handan city center. Its geographical coordinates are roughly 1 14 degrees 29 minutes east to 1 14 degrees 53 minutes north to 36 degrees 30 minutes north.

The total area of Cheng 'an County is about 48 1.5 square kilometers. The county includes Cheng 'an Town, Shangcheng Town, Zhanghedian Town, Lijiatuan Town, Xinyi Township, Baisiying Township, Daodongbao Township, Beixiang Township and Changxiang Township, and there is a provincial-level economic development zone.
