1, broom seedling
Broom seedlings, also known as broom skins, don't care whether they are old or young. They are eaten with tender leaves, so they can be eaten naturally in spring and summer. Especially when there is a lot of rain, the buds grow fast, squeezed home in the field and blanched with cold dishes such as garlic, which is a good dish in summer. Has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials and inducing diuresis. The broom seedling is old and is a good material to tie the broom.
2. Wild garlic
Summer is a good time to dig out the small wild garlic and wash it. It is good to fry it directly with wild garlic, or to sprinkle some wild garlic for seasoning when the soup is cooked. There used to be many rural areas, but it's hard to find them these years. I went climbing last year and suddenly saw some trees. I was very excited. 3. Wild amaranth
Amaranth is also eaten with tender leaves and can be eaten in spring and summer. Amaranth is rich in iron and calcium (more than spinach), but it does not contain oxalic acid, which is more conducive to human absorption and has no astringency. This is a delicious wild vegetable.
When I was a child in the countryside, I pinched the tender leaves of wild amaranth. My mother usually soaks them in cold water and uses garlic paste and other cold dishes. Sometimes the tender leaves of wild amaranth are used to make noodle soup.
4.purslane
Portulaca oleracea is an out-and-out summer wild vegetable, which is the most common in farmers' small vegetable gardens. Portulaca oleracea has the functions of clearing away heat, promoting diuresis, detoxicating and detumescence. And the method often eaten in rural areas is boiled and cold.
5. Sweet potato leaves
Sweet potato leaves are not vegetables, but they are rich in nutrition and have become well-known healthy food. I also classify them as wild vegetables. In summer, it is great to directly pinch the tender tips of sweet potato leaves and fry them at home, or pinch the tender sweet potato leaves, add some flour, steam them and dip them in garlic sauce.
6. Wild fungi
There is much rain in summer, which is also a good season for picking wild mushrooms. When A Xi was a child, the next morning after every rain in summer, she would go to the Woods with her friends to pick mushrooms, go home to dry them, and save them for chicken and stewed mushrooms during the New Year.
