Cordyceps sinensis is a very precious Chinese herbal medicine, which can be used as medicine or made into medicated diet in recipes. There are three main ways to use Cordyceps sinensis.

1, grinding into powder

Cordyceps sinensis can be ground into powder when taken at home, and the powder can be encapsulated. Take capsules or powders directly, depending on personal preference. Hollow capsules are usually sold in pharmacies.

But I don't recommend this method, because grinding into powder seems easy to give off, but compared with the other two ways of eating, it is really inconvenient.

Second, pills and powder.

Pills and powder are purchased directly from pharmacies or found in regular hospitals, which are completely prescription types. This kind of pertinence is also relatively strong.

Third, medicinal diet.

Cordyceps sinensis is very similar to longan meat, which is mainly added when stewing soup. Cordyceps sinensis can be added to poultry, pork and fish, but when using Cordyceps sinensis to stew soup, you must clear the soup. To achieve good results, it is best to eat all the soup and meat together, and also eat Cordyceps sinensis. You can also cook Cordyceps soup directly without adding meat.

It should be noted that when stewing soup, the dosage is about 15-30g each time, and the stewing time is less than 2 hours, while the stewing time is only 5- 10g of Cordyceps sinensis. Cordyceps soup belongs to auricularia auricula soup, which is generally best to drink before meals. If stewed with meat, it can be eaten directly as a staple food. If eating is not enough, you can eat as usual.

In addition, when you are not sick, it is not recommended to supplement Cordyceps. Although Cordyceps sinensis is precious, besides targeted treatment, eating more at ordinary times has no special effect, just keeping fit.
