The design team began to pay attention to the dense natural environment around the house and Balakal town, which has always been the design focus of Hormiga B&B. Balakal is a jungle, representing the beauty and hardship of life. The design teams of Sofia, Jose and TallerMid5 1 think they can grasp this essence and integrate it into the overall design of Hormiga B&B.

The interior design of houses embodies a higher concept: the beauty of defects. B&B is full of antique furniture, doors and objects, which shows the quality of the past. Its natural aging beauty and the concept of Hormiga B&B have the sound of * * *.

The whole B&B facility has the same concept: vegetarian food, fair trade and local handcraft. From shampoo to spa essential oil, every product has been carefully selected to ensure purity. All sheets, mattresses, pillows and quilt covers are of top natural quality, and disposable plastics and synthetic fibers or materials are avoided.

The project is located in Mutton. Around the base is a thousand-year-old rock that buried Phoenicians. After thousands of years of weathering, they turned gray and yellow, surrounding the whole base. B&B's hard retaining wall reflects natural boulders, reminiscent of ancient building facades.

Entering this arid megalithic group, you can be pleasantly surprised to find a warm and livable cave with a living room and a kitchen. The edge of earth tone's wall is a rotating glass door, which slides to the rock side, and the indoor and outdoor are integrated.
