Stewed dog meat in casserole

The raw materials of dog meat stew in casserole are: 500g of dog hind leg meat, 50g of mint100g, 20g of sugar10g, 20g of dried pepper, 0ml of Chinese liquor10g of onion10g of ginger10g, 6g of aniseed and tsaoko.

Practice: cut the dog meat into 4cm cubes, rinse it twice with clear water, control the moisture, wash the mint and pick the tender tip. Heat the wok, add rapeseed oil and cook until it is 70% cooked. Add tsaoko, aniseed, pepper, sugar, salt, dried pepper, onion, ginger and soy sauce, stir-fry dog meat for 20 minutes, add broth, boil and pour into casserole. Casserole fire, add white wine twice, simmer for about 1 hour. When the soup thickens, add mint and eat it with the casserole.
