Jingling Town belonged to Jing Ling Insurance in Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, while Xingyuan Insurance and Tucheng Insurance belonged to the West. 1935 belongs to fourth area. 1942, east to Jingling Town and west to Quandian Town. 1947 belongs to Lingquan Town. The People's Government was established in the autumn of 1948 and belongs to Jingling District of Xuchang County.
