1, broken chain:
(1) The chain falls out of the smallest tooth of the flywheel;
Observe whether the smallest teeth of the guide wheel and flywheel are on the same vertical plane. Generally, the chain drop is caused by the guide wheel being too far away. At this time, we need to adjust the guide wheel back:
Turn the screw of the high gear clockwise and adjust the lower limit of the guide wheel backwards.
(2) The chain falls off from the largest tooth of the flywheel:
Also observe whether the smallest teeth of the guide wheel and the flywheel are on the same vertical plane, because the guide wheel is too far away, which will lead to this kind of chain drop. At this time, we need to adjust the guide wheel to make it parallel to the largest tooth of the flywheel:
Turn the screw of the low gear clockwise and push back the upper limit of the guide wheel.
2. Abnormal sound after dialing:
Generally, the distance between the guide wheel and flywheel is too close, so we need to adjust the tension of the rear dial. Turning the screw clockwise will loosen the rear dial and make the distance from the flywheel longer.
We need to adjust the distance between the guide wheel and the abnormal teeth of the flywheel to 5~ 10mm to solve the abnormal noise.
3. Dial forward to adjust
The problems encountered by the front dial are similar to those encountered by the rear dial, such as chain loss, inaccurate speed change, abnormal noise and so on. The solution is simple.
(1) Refer to backward adjustment, adjust the corresponding high and low speed screws, and then adjust the paddle to a proper position.
(2) The low-speed screw can adjust the position of the front dial in the low-speed gear and screw it clockwise to make the fragments of the front dial move outward.
(3) The high-speed screw can adjust the position of the front dial in the low gear position, and turn it clockwise to make the front dial move inward.
