Check mute or vibration mode.
First, confirm whether the mobile phone is in mute or vibration mode. Just pull down the screen top curtain from the standby interface, find the sound icon and tap it to switch back to the sound mode.
Adjust the ringtone size
If the sound is still not obvious enough, try adjusting the size of the ringtone. Go to Settings-Sound-Volume, find the ringtone or call volume, and then slide to the maximum.
Change the ringtone
Sometimes, the problem may be the ringtone file. Go to Settings to see if there is any sound when the ringtone plays. If other sounds are normal, try a new ringtone.
Restart the phone

Turn off all sound functions.

Restore factory settings
