5) Before the end of concrete pumping, the concrete supplier shall work with relevant personnel on the construction site to calculate the required concrete quantity to prevent waste and notify the supplier immediately.

6) After pumping, the operators on the construction site shall, under the guidance of the supplier, clean the concrete pump, conveying pipe and its accessories in time and keep them properly.

(a), construction preparation

(2) According to the requirements of the total construction period, the construction difficulty and the preparation of personnel, equipment and materials, determine the construction technology and scheme of concrete pavement, prepare the implementation construction organization design, report it to the site supervision engineer and the owner for approval, and submit the commencement report in time.

(3) The concrete mixing station should be located at one side of the paving section, and the internal layout should meet the requirements of raw material storage and transportation, concrete transportation, water supply, power supply, steel bar processing, etc. And as compact as possible to reduce the occupied area.

(2), concrete mixing and transportation

When the seam cutter saws seams, the nut of the blade splint should be tightened, and the connector and safety shield should be intact. Open the cooling water before slotting, and stop slotting when the cooling water is interrupted. When cutting seams, the blade should cut slowly and pay attention to the cutting depth indicator. Third, the construction site traffic organization and management system

Five, the construction traffic safety management regulations

1. In the reconstruction project, if it is necessary to excavate the subgrade and pavement of the old road for reconstruction, warning signs showing the construction shall be erected at both ends of the construction road, which shall be eye-catching. Six, on-site safety regulations

6, all kinds of electrical equipment should be equipped with special switches, outdoor switches and sockets should be equipped with waterproof boxes and locked, and have regular maintenance records, the name and contact number of the responsible person. Add an insulating pad at the operation place.

7, all kinds of electrical equipment inspection and maintenance, generally should be a power outage; If live working is needed, reliable safety measures should be taken and special personnel should be assigned for monitoring. And must be carried out by an electrician, other personnel shall not operate at will.

8, mobile electrical equipment application of rubber cable power supply, and often pay attention to straighten out; When crossing the road, it should be buried underground or protected by wearing pipes. The wire connector shall be firm and wrapped with insulating tape.

9, mechanical equipment must be fully inspected by full-time personnel before use, in the process of use failure must first cut off the power supply, and then check. Protective covers must be installed on exposed parts such as transmission belt, runner and flywheel of electrical equipment.
