Similarities and differences between yoga and traditional Chinese medicine
Yoga and Chinese medicine both originate from health preservation, and both have methods of calming down and exercising. Many methods of yoga practice are consistent with the seven-wheel system in Indian medicine (probably the same as the five elements theory in Chinese medicine). In TCM, You Zhu and Wuqinxi are also regarded as TCM yoga to some extent.

The ultimate pursuit of yoga is spiritual things, while Chinese medicine, especially modern Chinese medicine, is for the health and treatment of the body.
