I have practiced Qigong since I was a child, and I have also experienced the level of practice. Practicing Qigong should start with "Qi". When kung fu reaches a certain level, there will be a gathering of gas in the abdomen and a "small Sunday". "Zhou Xiaotian" is the first level of qigong practice, which was also called "refining qi" by the ancients. Kung fu has reached this point, and every time the practitioner practices quietly, he can generally feel that the lower abdomen is hot and heavy, and then there are two veins of qi flowing along the Du meridian and Ren meridian. If you continue to practice, there will be a "big week" of gas communication. When qi passes through the "big Sunday", the reaction is relatively large, and there are so-called "six vibrations". After that, every time I practice quietly, I can feel that Qi automatically runs all over my body, and the degree of quietness is deeper than before. The midriff and the lower abdomen merged into one, and the "Yuan God" began to appear, which is what the ancients called "refining and gasifying God". The yogi will feel that this gas field, which can't be bigger, is slowly retreating from the horizon, and the world seems to be getting smaller and smaller. At the same time, they will realize that they and all the people, things and things around them (including up and down) are melting in this aura, and kung fu is now a deeper "harmony" and "seeing". The above is my experience in practicing martial arts for many years. Due to the limitation of space, I will only give a brief introduction.
