The extant Huang Tingjing is a book that records the theory of Taoist cultivation and health preservation, and combines Taoist thought with ancient medicine. It provides an important test value for modern health preservation. Some people say that if you practice this book to great success, you will live forever.
Huang Ting is the name of the heart. In ancient China, there was a man of practice named Lu Tuzi (a native of Di Ku). He talked about fifty volumes of Huang Ting Jing, in which "Huang Ting" means "inner heart".
Among the five colors, "yellow" symbolizes the "neutral qi" of the five elements, which is given by infinite truth. This word represents that it is the most active essence of the human body, the most sensitive "qi" and a kind of energy; The word "court" symbolizes the sacred room where the Yuan God lived, that is, the place where this essence and keen spirit existed. This word also shows that it has a "position" in its original length.
The name "Huang Ting" appeared before the establishment of the five major religions, which exceeded the restrictions of religious sects. Therefore, we take "Huang Ting Zen" as the name of Zen, which is directed at people's hearts.
Huang Ting's position is about two or three inches deep in the middle of the chest. However, it is not a tangible organ, but a sensing part of the rise and fall of qi.
Huang Ting, also known as Gui Zhong and Lujiang, refers to the abdomen. Because its yellow is earth, and it is the place where Dan is born. And yellow is in the middle of people, just like the center of the word "Tian". "Huang Ting Neijing": "There is a soul (heart) on the top, a related element on the bottom, a shaoyang Taiyin on the left, and a secret door (life door) on the back, breathing every day and surviving every month." That is to say, the location of Huang Ting.
brief Introduction of the content
There are three kinds of Huang Tingjing: internal, external and middle.
It is generally believed that Zhongjing Jing was born later, so it is usually said that Huang Tingjing does not include Zhongjing Jing. According to Liang Qiu's comments on the volume of Neijing, yellow is the color of the central part, and the court is in all directions, which refers to the people in the sky and the spleen in the brain, so it is called "Huang Ting". The mind lives in the body, and the image and color of the concept blend into one, so it is called nei. The so-called scenery in Huang Ting actually refers to the scenes produced during Taoist practice.
