Problems existing in concrete curing agent
Concrete curing agent is a kind of polymer material, which is sprayed on the concrete surface and solidified to form a dense film, which isolates the concrete surface from the air and greatly reduces the evaporation loss of water on the concrete surface. Therefore, the hydration can be completed to the maximum extent by using the moisture in concrete to achieve the goal. The spraying amount depends on the product and the effect to be achieved, and should be determined according to the product description or test.

The usage method is as follows:

1, this product is divided into many categories, which are water-soluble and oily, and water-soluble can be diluted with water.

2. Spraying is preferred, and the nozzle is 30CM away from the concrete surface.

3. When the concrete is initially set, spray it for the first time, and then spray it for the second time in the vertical direction (20 minutes in summer and about 1h in winter) after the curing agent basically forms a film.

4. The dosage of curing agent should be controlled at 0. 10-0. 15kg/m2.

5. This product is suitable for construction above 5℃.
