Sunday: Sour Plum Soup

Basic practices of dried tangerine peel, codonopsis pilosula and Polygonatum odoratum water;

1. Material: a whole piece of Chenpi (3 petals), Codonopsis pilosula 10g, 5g of Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, 8g of Polygonatum odoratum, and 6-8g of Radix Paeoniae Alba, which can be added if staying up late.

2. Practice: add water 1000 ml, cook for 30 minutes, or choose health soup (60 minutes).

The basic method of sour plum soup:

1. Ingredients: bought fixed package * 1 package, yellow rock sugar * 1 package, and 6-8g of Radix Paeoniae Alba and 0/0g of Radix Codonopsis can be added if staying up late.

2. Practice: add water 1200ml and cook for 2h (nourishing soup).

Supplementary drinking method

1, dried tangerine peel and dangshen water+old white tea

In the afternoon, 5 grams of old white tea can be added and boiled for 5- 10 minutes before drinking. Note that the old white tea is brewed with hot water in a bowl or teapot first, and then comes out quickly to wash the tea. Boil dried tangerine peel and dangshen water for 10 minute, then pour the soaked old white tea into a health pot and cook together for 10 minute.

2. Dried tangerine peel and dangshen water+Gan Yang drink.

In the morning, boil dried tangerine peel, codonopsis pilosula, licorice and Polygonatum odoratum water first. After cooking, take out the ingredients and put them aside. Leave about 500 ml of Codonopsis pilosula water in the health pot, and use it to cook and nourish the liver for 5 minutes, 2-3 times a week.

3, soup+spore powder

On the day of drinking dangshen water, you can cool the soup and soak 2-3g spore powder directly.

On the day of drinking sour plum soup, first boil 300 ml of dried tangerine peel water for 3 minutes, then use this water to cool the spore powder, and then cook sour plum soup.
