How to make tofu in jiaozi?
Exercise 1

Ingredients: soybean, alkali, onion, ginger, monosodium glutamate, pepper, star anise, cooking oil, soy sauce, pepper noodles, chopped green onion, sesame oil, vinegar and pepper noodles.

1. The main component is soybean. When making, soak soybeans for a period of time and grind them into pulp juice to make sour soup tofu. Then add soy milk, alkaline water, onion, ginger, monosodium glutamate, pepper, star anise and other seasonings according to a certain proportion, stir well, and then knead into a round cake the size of an egg, so that the fried tofu is brown in color and has a honeycomb heart.

2. Dip in the soup made of soy sauce, Chili noodles, chopped green onion, sesame oil, vinegar and Chili noodles before eating. It tastes crisp outside and tender inside, and it tastes delicious.

Exercise 2

Ingredients: 500 grams of sour soup tofu, 60 grams of broken ears, 50 grams of sour radish.

Seasoning: fennel powder, pepper powder, pepper noodles, sesame oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, vinegar, alkali, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion, dipped in water, etc.

1. Put the white tofu into a colander, drain the water, put it into a small pot, add a proper amount of fennel powder, pepper powder, salt and alkali, crush the tofu with your hands and mix well, rub your hands into velvet, and add chopped green onion and mix well for later use.

2. Fold the two pieces in half and cut them into pieces about 8mm long. Cut the onion into chopped green onion, cut the ginger into Jiang Mo, and cut the sour radish into small pieces. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, Jiang Mo, pepper powder and pepper noodles and mix them in water for later use.

3. Knead the tofu into a 50-gram circle by hand, heat the vegetable oil in the pot to 70%, fry the circle until the shell is brown. Dip it in the prepared water and you can eat it.

Salt 2g glutinous rice 150g soy sauce 10g pork belly 200g chopped green onion 25g net fish 100g Jiang Mo 5g shrimp 10g egg 1g pepper 2g monosodium glutamate 2g.

1. Tofu is soaked in clear water for two or three times, wrapped in gauze and drained in a basket.

2. Wash the glutinous rice with clear water, cook it in a boiling pot, take it out, and pour it with clear water until it cools.

3. Cut the pork belly into diced meat, add 0.5g of monosodium glutamate, 5g of Jiang Mo, and refined salt 1g, and marinate to taste. Chop the fish chops, soak the shrimps in warm water and drain.

4. Pour the drained tofu into a basin, stir well, add minced fish, monosodium glutamate, pepper, salt, eggs, Jiang Mo and dried shrimps, and then add diced meat and stir well. Then add glutinous rice and chopped green onion and continue to stir evenly.

5. Wipe the steamer grid with oil and sprinkle some water to prevent adhesion. Squeeze the mixed raw materials into balls as big as eggs, put them on cages in sequence, steam them in boiling water for 30 minutes, take them out, put them on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
