Seven kinds of thirst-quenching soup: take honeysuckle, white chrysanthemum and rose each 10g, Ophiopogon japonicus, Schisandra chinensis and Polygonatum odoratum each 9g, and sour plum 50g. Boil sour plum with water first, then add medicine and water to boil, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, and drink after cooling. It will feel extremely cool after drinking, and it has the functions of appetizing, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst.
Chrysanthemum porridge: 50g of japonica rice, appropriate amount of rock sugar, boiled with water, and 6g of Chrysanthemum morifolium (cloth bag) when the porridge is almost cooked, boiled for about 10 minute. It can clear away heat and relieve summer heat, and refresh the mind.
Lotus root and winter melon soup: Take two fresh lotus roots and 500 grams of fresh winter melon (sliced), add water 1000 ml to cook the soup, remove the lotus leaves after drinking the soup, and add a little salt to take it, which has a good effect on low fever, thirst and upset in summer.
