1. The content mentioned by Yangshengtang in the figure is the content of VE in each tablet or granule, that is, the weight of VE/the weight of each tablet. Because VE and various auxiliary materials are mixed in the preparation, it is not only raw materials that can be used for pharmacy.

2. The content required by China Pharmacopoeia and United States Pharmacopoeia refers to the requirement relative to the marked quantity (i.e. specification). If the specification is 100mg, the VE content shall not be less than 90% (that is, the VE content shall not be less than 90mg).

Therefore, the "content" in China Pharmacopoeia and United States Pharmacopoeia is a technical term, which is different from the content mentioned by Yangshengtang.
