In 2008, the total construction area of the town reached110.8 million square meters, with a total investment of10.56 billion yuan. Five projects including Hongjing Hot Spring Apartment Phase III, Bishui Mountain Villa, Baoda Health County, Quiet Hot Spring Apartment and Kangyuan have been completed and moved in. Around the renovation project of Anjia River and Tanghou River in the town, an artificial lake is built, and the dam of the riverside landscape road is close to 1km. The project has completed the preliminary work such as river dredging, dam construction and dam reinforcement.
